Cooking workshops with the Carozzi brigade
The work team is involved in the preparation of special recipes in front of the central station of the Carozzi brigade headed by our chefs-an activity that improves time management and competition.
In fact, cooking brings into play skills very similar to those nec essary every day to work together in business. You need to be able to communicate effectively, prepare the work with attention to detail, be precise, organize the various steps and manage the timing while adhering to them, collaborate, be attentive and quick, avoid mistakes and handle unforeseen events.
All participants equipped with aprons and hats and divided into two or more teams will devote themselves to creating a course from the menu. The team receiving the most votes from the judges will win a 3 kg wheel of Cremiziola!
Dairy Laboratories
The team will be guided by the Master Cheesemaker and the Carozzi staff, inside our production laboratories, where they will be actively involved in the creation of dairy products, discovering andlearning one after the other all the stages of processing: from the choice of first quality ingredients to the pasteurization of milk, passing through the curdling process, up to the preparation of the wheels and their finishing.
The goal of this activity is to test fluency in information exchange and team adaptability through an authentic journey through the secrets of dairy tradition.
