Activities
- The “Gourmet” Experience can be booked any time of the year, on the available days in the calendar: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m., Monday and Friday at 11 a.m.
- Not suitable for children under 8 years old.
- The activity is by reservation with a minimum of two adults;
- Experienced guide who will accompany you throughout the tour in Italian and/or English;
- Activity not accessible to people with reduced mobility, wheelchairs or strollers
- Guided tour of the dairy with Carozzi staff, who will share their deep knowledge and passion for cheese making;
- Tasting of different types of cheese, each with its own unique character and flavor, a selection of compotes to enhance the flavors and a hot dish of your choice (pizzoccheri, dish of the day, etc.) with a bottle of wine for every 2 people . Water and coffee are included .
Purchasing the Experience is simple and completely digital. After purchase you immediately receive a ticket via email to access the Experience.
During the booking process, it will be possible to choose the day and time to experience the bistro Da Carozzi. On the day of the visit it will be enough to show the smartphone ticket or bring it printed.
The experience takes place in Pasturo at Da Carozzi – Formaggeria con cucina, amid tastings, stories and flavors of Valsassina.
