Through the story of the processing and production techniques, it will be possible to understand how our cheeses are created and what elements determine their aromas, textures and character.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of cow, goat and buffalo cheeses to appreciate the different aromatic nuances, richness of flavors and variety of textures, an expression of the craftsmanship and attention to detail that characterize Da Carozzi’s production.
The visit to the dairy and the tasting have an approximate duration of about 2 hours and 30 minutes, offering a complete journey to discover the dairy culture of Valsassina.

Activities
- The “Classic” Experience can be booked any time of the year, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 10 a.m., Mondays and Fridays at 11 a.m.
- Not suitable for children under 8 years old;
- The activity is by reservation with a minimum of two adults;
- Experienced guide who will accompany you throughout the tour in Italian and/or English;
- Activity not accessible to people with reduced mobility, wheelchairs or strollers
- Guided tour of the dairy with Carozzi staff, who will share their deep knowledge and passion for cheese making;
- Tasting of different types of cheeses, each with its own unique character and flavor, and a selection of compotes to enhance the flavors accompanied by a glass of wine. Water and coffee are included.
Purchasing the Experience is simple and completely digital. After purchase you immediately receive a ticket via email to access the Experience.
During the booking process, it will be possible to choose the day and time to experience the bistro Da Carozzi. On the day of the visit it will be enough to show the smartphone ticket or bring it printed.
The experience takes place in Pasturo at Da Carozzi – Formaggeria con cucina, amid tastings, stories and flavors of Valsassina.
